ACCOUNT MANAGER


Revmo is a full-service agency focused on maximizing a brand’s potential on Amazon.com and other marketplaces through on-channel marketing, data analytics, strategic initiatives, and comprehensive account management. We work alongside our parent company, Lifebrands D2C, to combine the power of television with the evolution of Amazon and marketplace to provide an unprecedented growth strategy for clients. We are looking for someone eager and excited to join a growing team in a fast-paced industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-         Setting and managing expectations with clients

-         Communicating with clients via email and video chat while being their primary point of contact

-         Strategizing on sales and marketing growth opportunities for clients

-         Setting up and monitoring marketplace accounts including account health KPIs and customer inquiries

-         Managing projects or activities from inception to completion with multiple team members

-         Developing and distributing data reports through Excel and various web interfaces

-         Working alongside ad and content strategists to achieve client goals

-         Building and communicating inventory recommendations


QUALIFICATIONS

A qualified candidate possesses all or most of the following:

-         Advanced problem solving & critical thinking skills

-         1+ year Amazon.com selling experience preferred

-         1+ year Walmart.com selling experience preferred

-         BBA or equivalent work experience

-         Extremely detail-oriented and organized

-         Displays professionalism in a client-facing environment

-         Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities

-         Good Microsoft Excel and computer navigation skills

-         Exceptional time management skills

-         1+ year agency or client-based account management experience

-         Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

-         Team mentality and ability to work closely with teammates to achieve company objectives

-         Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities

-         Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
