Position Overview:


The General Manager will oversee the operations of our new print shop and the launch and management of our trucking side advertising business unit. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple business units effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement business strategies for the print shop and trucking advertising units.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both units to ensure efficiency and profitability.

• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet business goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Travel as required to oversee operations and build relationships with partners and clients.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in a general management role, preferably within print shop operations or the advertising industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic planning and operational execution abilities.

• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed to support business operations.
