Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the implementation and management of change requests and enhancements to our Global Warranty Management System (GWM). You will also be responsible for maintaining system sustainability, managing data in SAP, and handling IT tickets. This position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to manage various projects with high autonomy.


Educational Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of related experience required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Help manage the implementation of change requests and enhancements to the GWM system.
  • Sustainability: Ensure the sustainability of the GWM system.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain tables and data in SAP.
  • IT Support: Raise, track, and escalate IT tickets to address issues or implement enhancements.
  • Project Duties: Perform other related duties and assignments as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems, vehicle dealership operations, and field service operations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive or field service operations preferred.
  • Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; familiarity with SAP preferred.
