A Day in Life Typically Includes:

As a Systems Analyst specializing in HR Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in HR IT projects, particularly focusing on Bullhorn – Front Office, MS Dynamics, Workato, Benefits systems, Workforce Timekeeping, and other core HR systems. You will oversee the monitoring, configuration, testing, and support of HR systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving enhancements to meet evolving business needs. This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.


The role would be expected to:

  • Understand Bullhorn – Front Office and MS Dynamics to become the subject matter functional expert for day-to-day support and development, including business process configuration, integrations, data transmission, testing and analysis.
  • Learn to become a subject matter expert on Bullhorn – Front Office.
  • Lead and liaise with company-external parties (suppliers, partners, etc.) in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Champion optimization and provide subject matter expertise on Encadria platform while driving best practices. Partners with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand pain points, identify opportunities to improve processes, and gain efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of Bullhorn and MS Dynamics future releases/roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality. Maintain and expand existing knowledge documents.
  • Provide training for new HR business partners and internal HR team members as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day support for HR systems and ensure that HR data standards are followed. Ensure that confidential data is maintained securely.
  • Run various reports for audits and maintain the integrity of HR data.
  • Testing and analyzing changes of Bullhorn – Front Office features and adjacent functionality
  • Create complex reports and dashboards for HR teams and leaders as needed, partner with adjacent data teams as necessary
  • Understand Enterprise Standards & apply them to solutions developed


What you will need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in MS SQL as a Database source for reporting activities.
  • Solid understanding of HR and IT with demonstrable knowledge of HR processes
  • Understanding of integration technologies, concepts, patterns, and strategies
  • Business insight, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to Senior Management


Preferred Qualifications:

  • minimum of 3 years of professional experience; preferably in HR Technology
  • Exposure to US Payroll & Time concepts.
  • Strong technical expertise in Bullhorn Front Office (similar), MS Dynamics.
  • Experience working with vendors with sensitive information.
  • Experience in Agile environment
