Paramedic

Vesper Medical Transport is seeking a Paramedic to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. This is a full-time position that will work on a 24-hour on/ 72-hour off rotation.

Package

• This is an hourly role $30- $34 per hour.
• Pre-Employment Package of up to $2,500.
• Full-Time benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
• Additional education & training if desired

Qualifications

• Possess an MD Paramedic License.
• Active certification and registration as a Paramedic with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
• Current license as a Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic with the State of Maryland
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to receive PALS in first 30 days.
• A minimum of two (two) years' experience as a Paramedic.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
• Ability to make patient care decisions quickly and appropriately.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
