We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Paramedic to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical care during both emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

As a Critical Care Paramedic with WLRC Inc, you can expect a salary of approximately $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a night differential of $6 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as life, short/long term disability, accident, and critical illness insurances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, advanced life support care during interfacility transports in compliance with state protocols.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to EMT crew members.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dispatch, family members, and facility staff.
  • Operate communication devices, cell phones, and computer tablets.
  • Complete accurate patient care reports prior to shift completion.
  • Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness and cleanliness.
  • Maintain current certifications with timely completion of refresher courses and CMEs.
  • Respond to emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports.
  • Provide excellent patient care within the scope of practice of a Critical Care Paramedic.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of NR Paramedic certification.
  • Current NR Paramedic and State Paramedic (or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire).
  • Current AHA BLS CPR, ACLS, PALS or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
  • Ability to provide quality patient care within scope of practice.
  • Knowledge of all state protocols for a Critical Care Paramedic.
  • Valid Photo ID.
  • Ability to pass a lift test of 150 – 200 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to speak and write English.
