Job Summary
As an ABA Clinical Supervisor, you will plan, develop, and monitor a variety of individualized behavioral support services for clients. The ABA Clinical Supervisor consults with and teaches behavior therapists, caregivers, and other team members antecedent strategies for reducing the likelihood of challenging behavior in addition to consequence strategies that promote desired behavior and skills. Developed treatment plans are comprehensive and additional service providers, including outside professionals, are collaborated with to ensure continuity of care. The ABA Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision of assistant clinical supervisors, lead behavior therapists, and behavior therapists, including evaluation of performance with feedback both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
· Oversee a caseload of up to 10 full-time equivalent clients
· Develop and implement individualized treatment & behavior plans based on assessment and observation
· Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients in collaboration with Program Supervisors
· Ensure the accurate implementation of treatment plans, document contacts and observations; use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements.
· Build and maintain a relationship with clients
· Document care, including progress, updates, and preferences, with quality and accuracy.
· Communicate with caregivers on client’s progress
· Communicate with the Clinical Director on progress and concerns
· Collaborate with other treatment team members, including coordination of care
· Provide ongoing training and feedback to Program Supervisors and other treatment team members
· Oversee client programming, including analyzing and updating programming during weekly meetings with Program Supervisors
· Assist with client scheduling
· Provide Family Skills Training and Support to caregivers
· Seek creative options for ensuring the continuity and consistency of treatment and support services across settings for the lifespan of the client
· Provide consultation regarding crisis interventions and critical incident supports; complete Incident Reports as needed
· Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings for clients as appropriate; advocate for client needs in school settings
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work & therapy environment
· Maintain client confidentiality and dignity
· Run weekly team meetings
· Attend ongoing training and participate in professional growth activities

Requirements
· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
· Must pass a criminal and DHS provider background check
· Reliable transportation
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst
· Licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota
o Applying for state licensure to be active January 2025
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
· Frequent squatting, kneeling, standing, sitting, and walking
· Ability to change body position quickly to ensure client safety
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm with flexibility.

Salary
The starting payrate will be based on experience and education and is negotiable within the means of the organization, location of the job, and responsibilities of the role.
