Sales Operation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Foodservice Sales Operations Specialist works under the leadership of the Sr. Manager of Business Analytics and will focus on sales support activities which allow our sellers to be more efficient and effective by helping to ensure corporate functions and processes work as intended, both within the Foodservice team and other functional areas of the company. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Order Management
• Sales Support
• Deduction resolution support
• Request for Pricing coordination
• Data error correction & investigation
• Backup for other Sales Operations tasks as needed
• Prepare G&C monthly program statements and provide to AFS Coordinator for payment
• Organizational charts & contact lists

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Four year college degree or commensurate experience related to job accountabilities in business environment
