Early is Good (EIG) is developing non-invasive, multi-omic based tests to improve the accuracy and accessibility of cancer detection. Our Multi-omic Integration Platform combines DNA, RNA, protein, and metabolite detection into one test, providing earlier and more precise cancer diagnosis.


We’re hiring a Senior Scientist with expertise in immunoassay development and a strong background in bioconjugation techniques. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading cancer institutions and contribute to groundbreaking discoveries.


What you'll do:

● Develop and optimize immunoassays for blood and urine tests.

● Design experiments and troubleshoot to improve test performance.

● Ensure all experiments meet regulatory standards.

● Present findings clearly to teams and external partners.

● Keep detailed documentation of all work.


What we're looking for:

Must have:

● MS with 8+ years OR PhD with 5+ years in diagnostics or biotech.

● Strong experience in blood/urine immunoassay development.

● Expertise in ELISA, chemiluminescence, or other advanced assay techniques.

● Experience with a wide range of bioconjugation techniques.

● Proficiency in analytical and statistical methods such as Design of Experiments (DoE), ANOVA, and statistical software like JMP.


Nice to have:

● Experience in biomarker discovery or validation studies.

● Familiarity with immunoassay platforms such as MSD, Gyros, or Quanterix.

● Background in nanotechnology

● Experience in working in regulated environments (GLP/CLIA).
