We are seeking an Finance Manager who will support the Global Product Finance and Margin Planning team, a leading brand in the consumer products sector. The role is focused on delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements through financial analysis and product-centered strategies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to influence leadership decisions effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on product revenue and gross margin performance.
  • Support executive reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and presentations for the CFO.
  • Provide comprehensive financial insights that guide strategic business decisions.

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in the long-range planning process, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and budget-setting activities.
  • Create profitability models and forecasts to establish achievable financial targets.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements in existing tools and models to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of insights.
  • Build analytical frameworks to evaluate retail KPIs and understand revenue/margin drivers, including product-level analyses.

Tool Development

  • Design and refine financial planning and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and support informed decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or budgeting.
  • Previous experience in a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company is preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Product Finance/Product Margin Experience: Strong background in retail or product-focused financial management.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in working with large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and fostering partnerships in large organizations.
  • Process Improvement: Creative problem-solver with a track record of enhancing tools and optimizing workflows in resource-constrained environments.
