  • Athra is seeking a digitally savvy marketer with a strong background in social media in the jewelry space. Looking for true social media enthusiasts who is a highly motivated individual interested in joining a small but mighty team. Our dedicated Integrated Marketing team is full of hardworking cross-functional team members. We are seeking individuals with the same energy, diligence and positivity who can help us lead growth for our business. What You'll Do:

  • Manage our presence on various social media accounts via scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly. Encourage user-generated content and meaningful interactions.
  • Manage a brand influencer program, identifying key influencer partners and managing their content deliverables
  • Assist marketing team with content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all digital platforms
  • Execute social media calendar across all accounts..
  • Work with creative team to develop high-quality, social-first content 
  • Create website banners and email campaigns via Canva for in-house jewelry brands. 

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Has 1-2 years of experience operating social platforms for a brand, including community management and social care.
  • Highly organized with the ability to create priorities and balance competing priorities and timelines.
  • Understanding of how other brands look and sound on social.
  • Community and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
  • Experience with using a publishing social media tool. (We use Preview, so experience with that would be great)
