Pride Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in St Louis Park, MN. This is an 8-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical environment, focusing on neuro and orthopedic procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both neuro and ortho, along with the ability to train new staff as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide surgical support in the OR, primarily in neuro and ortho cases.
  • Assist with total joints and ortho trauma procedures.
  • Respond to on-call neuro requirements as needed.
  • Float to genuro and manage peripheral vascular cases as necessary.
  • Train and mentor new staff in surgical procedures and protocols.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in the OR.
  • Proficiency in neuro and ortho procedures.
  • Experience with Epic, Da Vinci, and urology.
  • Must hold an active NBSTSA or NCCT certification.
  • Current BLS certification

  • Pay Range: $2200-$2500 Weekly
