Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Field Project Manager to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, extensive roofing knowledge, and a commitment to quality and safety. As a Roofing Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project scope, progress, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise and guide roofing crews, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and productivity.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

- Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project status.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
