Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute innovative messaging strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing brand recognition for our clientl and its range of products and services. This role involves managing both digital and traditional promotional resources and overseeing the creation and distribution of content across all web and social media platforms. Additionally, the specialist will craft and implement internal communication plans to ensure seamless information exchange within the organization, keeping employees updated on company developments, objectives, initiatives, and strategic plans.


Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content for web and social media platforms to engage target audiences. Manage and optimize the company's social media presence across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with design team to produce high-quality marketing materials including branded collateral, white papers, infographics and videos.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness for WIS International. Track and record the performance of marketing campaigns and present this information to the marketing department.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization. Coordinate with various departments to create and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and announcements.


Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • Possess experience in creating business-to-business content for various marketing and public relations channels, including both online and offline platforms and social media.
  • Demonstrate a highly detailed and organized approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and public speaking skills.
  • Be an independent thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Have strong social media marketing skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external audiences.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $40/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
