Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Team Manager at Estetica Designs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team. This includes providing guidance and support to team members, overseeing customer interactions, conducting training sessions, and driving sales performance. While the role is primarily located in Conshohocken, PA, there is flexibility for limited remote work.

  • Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Experience in Training and Development
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
