Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Pega professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for architecting and designing Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions. We are looking for one Lead System Architect (LSA) and one Senior System Architect (SSA) to join our dynamic team.

  • Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs
  • Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
  • Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams
  • Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
  • Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
  • Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk
  • Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
  • Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base


Pega Lead System Architect (LSA):

  • 6+ years of experience in Pega BPM/CRM solutions architecture and design.
  • Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.
  • Offer thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions, solving complex business requirements.
  • Develop and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Pega PRPC Architecture and all related design and implementation features.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and assess risk.
  • Ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, committing to customer success and business benefit realization.
  • Participate in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.


Pega Senior System Architect (SSA):

  • 4-6 years of experience in Pega BPM/CRM solutions.
  • Assist in architecting and designing Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.
  • Design enterprise class structure and foundational components.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
  • Provide design and architecture support under the guidance of the LSA.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and associated design and implementation features.
  • Contribute to the overall success of project delivery by ensuring alignment with customer requirements.


Additional Information:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in other industries are also welcome.
  • Certifications are desirable but not mandatory
