They are seeking a Sr. Logistics Coordinator who is pivotal in overseeing and facilitating the flow in the company's supply chain operations, with the primary goal of ensuring the timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of goods. Expected to adopt a proactive approach in managing shipments, solving problems, and engaging in continuous improvement of our logistics processes to uphold and exceed our service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of shipment, including documentation, booking, and tracking, for both domestic and international freight.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipment accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize and maintain logistics software and databases for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Analyze shipment data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Extract large data sets, analyze and identify logistics and shipping issues, report findings with the data using Pivot tables, data charts, ad hoc reporting


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination (import/export) with international shipping is KEY
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, incoterms, and HTS codes is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
