Job Summary:

As the Flexo-Graphic Printing Manager, you will direct and coordinate the activities of the production department, ensuring efficient processing of materials and manufacturing of products. You will lead the department, overseeing daily workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring that production targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff members.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Manage discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee time records for payroll purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards.
  • Plan production operations, establish priorities, and coordinate manufacturing activities.
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization.
  • Analyze production data and provide insights for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize production efficiencies.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Inventory software, Manufacturing software, and Order processing systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a high-mix/job shop environment with frequent production changes.
  • Familiarity with flexographic printing equipment such as Gallus EM280, 11-inch press, 17-wide press, 20-inch wide press, 13-inch finishing, and digital press.
