We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic and Web Designer to support our growing portfolio of digital and print projects. From website design and packaging to social media graphics and marketing campaigns, you’ll have the opportunity to bring creative concepts to life.
As a Graphic and Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our client's brand voice and objectives. This role involves working on a wide range of projects, including websites, packaging, social media content, digital marketing assets, and print materials. We’re seeking someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical skills to execute high-quality work efficiently. In the fast-paced environment of a design agency, you'll need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance tight deadlines, and deliver top-tier work with quick turnarounds. Adaptability and efficiency are key as you navigate the dynamic demands of our clients.
- Website Design & Development: Design and update layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
- Packaging Design: Create innovative packaging designs that enhance the unboxing experience.
- Social Media Graphics: Design engaging content for social platforms including infographics, reels/video, and custom graphics.
- Branding & Identity: Develop, brainstorm, and create unique logos and visual identities for clients, crafting designs that reflect their brand values and vision. Additionally, work within the constraints of established brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion across all media, maintaining the integrity of the client’s existing identity while delivering fresh, creative solutions.
- Print & Digital Materials: Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other promotional content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work.
- UX/UI Design: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital applications.
- Content Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is current and visually appealing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects in both graphic and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dimension) and web design tools (WordPress HTML, CSS).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience with printing processes and specifications for packaging and print materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards in web design.
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Photography Skills: Ability to capture high-quality images for use in digital and print materials, with a focus on product photography, lifestyle imagery, or visual storytelling.
