Our client is a Community Bank in Tennessee seeking a Regional President to lead all facets of the bank in East Tennessee. They have a very strong reputation and are seeking someone with a proven performance record of management and commercial banking.


They are seeking a candidate that knows how to provide mentorship, leadership, oversight and can be the go-to person in the market. You can be based out of any of their branches in East Tennessee.


They seek candidates with strong credit skills, combined with the ability to develop and maintain new commercial business while leading the growth efforts of the bank in the region.

In addition to the base salary, this company has a strong bonus and incentive plan along with ESOP and 401k with a 10% match


RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans in the area.
  • Provide branch retail banking and commercial banking oversight.
  • Community involvement and being known as a trusted advisor in the region is key to this role.
