WE’RE LOOKING FOR a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for working with the Sales Team, Marketing/Creative team, and the Operations Team and most importantly will interact with our customers daily. This position will be the main point of contact to a regional group of our customers and handle all their special projects, client requests, and needs daily.


This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Collins, CO. The Customer Service Specialist will provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Specialist must possess strong phone etiquette and focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Characteristics, Qualifications & Responsibilities:


  • Experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of sports and sports teams is beneficial
  • Helping coordinate orders, quotes, and lead times with our sales reps and distributors
  • Be knowledgeable of all products and current promotional activities
  • High level of organization, and attention to detail -  need to be able to multitask with high accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a personal sense of responsibility
  • Most importantly: Must be a self-starter, and cannot sit around and wait for things to happen
  • Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and strict timelines
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards, with high energy, outgoing personality/friendly and professional attitude
  • Must take on a proactive role in researching and resolving problems and questions
  • Committed to quality service to customers and fellow employees, with terrific oral, listening, and written communication skills, and capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
  • Very good team player and capable of working well under pressure



Experience:

  • A minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in Customer Service



Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
