Job Requirements
- Provide data logging, data collection, and summaries, demonstrating tailpipe emission and OBD targets / objectives
- Provide calibration input to support all releases and sign-off completion
- Emissions:
- Perform emission transparency for FTP’s
- Conduct FTP emissions testing with prototype vehicles at 4k and FUL
- Conduct emissions transparency sign-off testing
- OBDII:
- Conduct OBDII self cert transparency sign-off testing
- The testing will consist of a small subset of tests listed in Appendix C
- Provide any OBD calibration tuning to complete the required self cert test
- Conduct R05 OBDII Self-Cert for the required sub-set of monitors listed in Appendix C
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Calibration Emission
- Experience with OBD
- 4 years relevant experience, familiar with engine calibration and testing ideally with an emission / OBD focus
