We are looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards.


Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies.

- Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
