About Blueberry AI
- Product: We offer an AI content management system that specializes in professional design file management, particularly for 3D assets that could preview on Chrome without being downloaded to locally (Maya, 3d Max,etc.). Our system allows for direct online previews to reduce software costs and helps build a knowledge-based library to increase asset reuse.
- Additionally, we leverage the content stored by our enterprise clients to train their private AI models, similar to an enterprise-specific ChatGPT. This system is deployed on the clients' own servers. For instance, clients like Haier can request detailed organizational information, such as industrial design details, ad ROI performance, or even competitors' information. This enables them to receive quick, company-specific answers that large language models cannot provide.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a knack for building relationships, and enjoys connecting with prospects to understand their needs. Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify Opportunities: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff.
• Maintain CRM Accuracy: Track all activities, conversations, and prospects in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client challenges.
• Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and appointments set.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales.
• Generate 30 qualified opportunities per quarter.
• Primary responsibilities included prospecting for leads and conducting discovery calls. Make 200-300 cold calls per week, or 60-80 for more strategic calls, and sent 50-60 emails daily.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior executives.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
