Job Description:

As our Sr. Product Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of products that span multiple journey teams. You will be

accountable for managing and delivering on product and operational enhancements within your domain, as well as analyzing features/functions, supporting operational administration, and delivering metric-driven reporting. You will

drive the creation and execution of the strategic roadmap for their journey teams in partnership with Product Leadership. As our ideal candidate, you will be innovative, adaptable, and have strong leadership skills allowing you to work collaboratively across several teams to solve critical business challenges.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and operationally manage the execution of our organizational strategic vision, through product strategy and feature alignment for

assigned journey teams

· Manage and communicate product and operations enhancement intake, scope alignment, and prioritization of requests to gain

efficiencies and ensure you meet delivery timelines

· Manage and execute the established day-to-day product feature life cycle for journey teams (creating features, participating in daily

syncs, preparing for feature refinements, attending retrospectives, etc.)

· Lead the crafting of the product strategy for assigned domain analytics needs with a focus on metrics reporting frameworks and

organization level dashboard reporting

· Establish dedicated and reliable communications and reporting to & from stakeholders and generate supporting documentation as

needed (reports, presentations, product features/epics, product launch release notes, etc.)

· Manage both critical day-to-day product and operations stakeholder communications efforts and coaching the team to success when

they are the communicators for product features and operations

· Champion and implement standardized operations to manage requests, issues, and execution of delivery with assigned team members

for tools and feeds

· Communicate status updates and insights upward to stakeholders; and intake strategy and priority, disseminating the right information

down to team members

· Responsible for vendor management when the vendor is key to assigned product or operations success

· Communicate product solutions and benefits to senior leadership, management, and key functional stakeholders in alignment meetings

and as requested

· Support cross-team dependencies and are on point when key issues with performance are identified within assigned domain

· Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design and Data leads to drive business outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail

· Sense of urgency

· Excellent communication including written

· 2+ Years building or supporting B2C products

· 2+Years as a Product Manager for a Digital Company

· 5+ Years in a Sr. Level role
