Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Content Marketer to join our dynamic team as our first content hire. This is an incredible opportunity to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in educating and inspiring our audience through diverse and impactful content. You will be instrumental in shaping Pietra’s voice and narrative, driving brand awareness, and supporting our mission to empower e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Pietra’s goals and target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce a variety of content types, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, and more.
- SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and track content performance using analytics tools to optimize and refine content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall company objectives and supports lead generation and customer retention efforts.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels, ensuring clarity, coherence, and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content creation and strategy.
- Ownership and Growth: Take full ownership of content initiatives with the potential to build and lead a content team as the company grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
