JOB SUMMARY FOR DATA SCIENTIST:


  • This position will lead all stages of AI development including refining product vision, gathering requirements, project planning, software system design, coding, testing, release, deployment and support analytical solutions.
  • The Data Scientist - GenAI position will be working with the Emerging Technology team to explore the Generative AI Models and integrate them with traditional AI/ML workloads. Build the AI solution prototypes from ground up to accelerate the adoption. Evaluate various AI/ML /LLM models and map to valid use cases. Optimize the Inference / ML ops from cost and performance point of view.



RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DATA SCIENTIST:


  • This role will be part of the emerging technology team to construct the ML patterns/ reference patterns for digital platform.
  • Maintains high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits Identifies and encourage areas for growth and improvement
  • Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness
  • Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR DATA SCIENTIST:


  • At least 10 years of experience with Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or other closely related field



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR DATA SCIENTIST:


  • 5 years Production grade AI/ML Enterprise experience required.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (not educational projects) 5 years or more of experience in designing and developing complex ML applications in Python
  • ML architectural patterns to deploy in Cloud ( AWS/ Azure / Snowflake)
  • Proven skills in ML Ops / Inference Optimization / ML in Container deployment.
  • Experienced in design, development, delivery of GenAI solutions with all necessary underlying components and integration.
  • Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks, libraries, and methodologies such as GPT, GANs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
  • Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques
  • In-depth understanding of DevOps and MLOps
  • Understanding of AI and GenAI domains, GenAI embeddings, and theoretical aspects
  • Work with RAG, vector stores, and semantic search
  • Experience with multimodal models
  • Strong understanding to building validation/Quality frameworks in GenAI Inference
  • LLM Model fine tuning and deployment
  • Optimization of GPU’s
  • DESIRED: AI/ML certifications in AWS / AZURE / GenAI
  • Demonstrated leadership on medium to large-scale projects impacting strategic priorities, timelines, and goals. Must have strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with others.
