Implementation Specialist

Location: FULL TIME ONSITE ROLE - 900 W Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202

Duration: 6 months to start most likely extend and WILL BE contract to hire if they perform

Pay: $28/hr.


Role Overview - First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items; Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable; Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners; Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries; Utilize the various bank systems to support clients' requests.


Key Skills:

Data Entry and Typing skills

Needs to be tech savvy

Ability to pick up on new systems and new technology quickly.

Fast learner

Motivated

Need to have good personality will be supporting existing associates and working with internal teams - support mostly over email but some phone.

Knowledge of Treasury and/or Legal Documentation is plus.

Have found a lot of good folks with Mortage/Loan Processing background.

Needs people that are extremely organized and have the ability to fulfill/bounce around multiple requests at once.

Time management is huge

Be able to function in a high paced environment with little oversight.

Communication skills and personality are a must


Required Skills:

  • Client focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
  • Previous Client Service experience.
