Position Title: Account Supervisor


Job Description:

PRYME is a promotional healthcare agency seeking an Account Supervisor to support pharmaceutical client on an innovative product in hem-onc space. Position requires 5+ years of promotional healthcare account management experience with at least 1 previous branded product launch. We are seeking an individual with outstanding client service and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking/advertising acumen, and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Individual must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently with some guidance and supervision from senior management.


Agency is located in Morristown, NJ, and client is located in Morristown, NJ; regular travel to the client will be required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact
  • Attend live meetings when needed
  • Drive daily activities of projects, communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and managing timelines
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy
  • Demonstrate passion for brand and its position/strategy
  • Provide strategic input, tactical planning, and direction on assigned account(s)
  • Write and prepare marketing communications plans and proposals, including SOWs and contact reports
  • Monitor budget, including direct costs and labor costs, such as reconciliation and ensuring gross profit and net profit percentages
  • Communicate and work closely with other agency departments, including strategy, digital, medical, project management, creative, copy, editorial, and senior management team
  • Handle confidential and sensitive corporate, client, and agency information appropriately and discreetly


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in promotional healthcare communications agency
  • 1+ product launch experience required
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Professionalism, leadership, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Iron deficiency/hem-onc experience is a plus but not required
  • Veeva experience/knowledge is preferred but not required
