Generations-Plus, a premier Adult Medical Day Care Center, in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking an organized and self-driven Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for all aspects driving potential referral sources and maintaining existing community relationships for Generations-Plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Distributing facility marketing materials (flyers, brochures etc.) to prospective clients and referral sources.
  • Build community awareness by planning/hosting and attending key community networking events.
  • Build trust and mutually respectful relationships with key referral sources.
  • Schedule and attend luncheons and presentations to promote the facility and its services.
  • Supports Admission process; assists in interviewing clients/guardians securing required information and signatures.
  • Develops and maintains a god working rapport with all inter-departmental personnel.
  • Bi-lingual, English/Spanish a must
