Key Responsibilities:

  • Sponsorship Management: Manage the full lifecycle of our open-source sponsorships, including processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key individuals in sponsored organizations to maximize collaboration and mutual benefits.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee our participation in events hosted by sponsored organizations, including managing our presence at booths and ensuring effective representation of the company.
  • Opportunity Identification: Explore and recommend new sponsorship opportunities within the open-source community that align with our strategic goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create detailed reports and presentations to track the performance of sponsorship programs, highlighting the benefits and return on investment for the company.


Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and management.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including invoicing and payments.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful decks.
  • Passion for open-source communities and understanding of their ecosystem is a plus.
