As a Program Manager with our Out-of-School Time Program, you will lead a dedicated and talented team of Team Leaders, Activity Specialists, Certified Teachers, and Counselors who provides excellent care to 3 – 22 year old children who have Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.

What does a Program Manager do?

  • Leads the team to provide highest quality of care, interactions, services to very endearing and spirited children
  • Helps Direct Support Professionals achieve success in their important work with the children
  • Continually evaluate and enhance the program design for ongoing improvement and success


What are the requirements?

  • You have a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 5 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges, or
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 7 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges
  • You’re a positive and supportive person.
  • You have great leadership skills
