Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in managing our production processes, optimizing workflows, and leading our team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire production process across all departments, including CNC Routing, CNC Machining, Thermoforming, and final fabrication and finishing.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Manage production budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in plastic fabrication or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve production processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to managing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
