HIRING OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER
This is a PART-TIME position.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about accounting and completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Candidate must be able to manage time effectively, work independently with minimal supervision.
We desire a candidate with the following abilities:
-Must have experience with Excel and QuickBooks
-General ledger, reconciliations, AP and AR knowledge is a plus
-Extremely detail oriented, analytical, and organized problem solver
-Interested in creating, implementing and continuously improving systems and processes.
-Friendly and professional with both internal staff and external customers
-Dependable
-Find the most efficient ways to complete tasks
Job responsibilities will include:
-AP, process invoices, prepare and send payments via checks or auto pay
-Bank and credit card reconciliations
-General ledger entries including revenue, inventory, payroll, assets, and liabilities
-Cash drawer reporting
-Complete monthly financial reporting
Qualifications:
-Degree in finance or accounting and/or work related experience
-Skills in Excel and QuickBooks
-Proven accounting skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay based upon experience. Pay will be discussed during the interview process.
Hours are very flexible and will be discussed during interview process.
