- Ensure that the processes of quality management systems are delivering their intended outputs.

- Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.

- Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

- Plan the training schedule and assign staffs as both trainer and trainee

- Plan the internal audits per the requirements of respective standards and keep the records.

- Arrange the audit by the certification bodies and assign staffs for the audit.

- Supervise Warehouse operation.

- Japanese skill is big plus.
