You will play a critical role in site constructability, material procurement, and project planning through site walks, desktop reviews, and aerial imagery analysis. Your technical expertise and proactive problem-solving will ensure efficient site build-outs and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document detailed per-site Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM), including work types, drivers, and materials.
  • Review and analyze technical documentation (e.g., construction drawings, RF design sheets, and structural/mount designs) for accuracy and constructability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and address discrepancies, propose site constructability changes, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Utilize drone survey data, RF design, and customer specifications to create step-by-step build methodologies.
  • Identify customer- and supplier-facing drivers and document them appropriately.
  • Support stakeholders with day-to-day build plans, outage planning, and scope adjustments.
  • Review supplier quotes for accuracy, ensuring they meet scope requirements, and approve/reject as necessary.
  • Identify rigging, crane, and equipment needs to support site builds.
  • Participate in project planning meetings, address technical issues, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports, status updates, and recommendations for problem resolution.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial thinking.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and with customers.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively.
  • Innovative thinking with a focus on results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education & Experience:

  • Experience managing cell site construction and technology upgrades.
  • Familiarity with site design solutions, construction feasibility, and RFDS requirements.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of cell site construction processes, safety protocols, and equipment requirements.
  • Knowledge of structural design, rigging, and crane operations.
  • Ability to estimate construction scopes, generate BOMs, and oversee contractors.
  • Experience with telecom RAN equipment and large-scale deployment projects.

Software Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with databases, virtualization tools, and telecom-specific tools (e.g., site tracking systems).
  • Knowledge of site design and documentation tools.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts and quality standards.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (depending on scope).

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working with telecom equipment (e.g., Ericsson portfolio or similar).
  • Familiarity with scoping for large-scale telecom projects and AT&T deployment standards.
  • Experience in tower and civil construction management.
  • Advanced Excel or programming skills are a plus.

About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in telecom construction and scoping to support critical infrastructure projects. You will play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing site deployments while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
