Position Overview

In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage and execute strategic business projects that drive our organizational success. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, costs, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage various project phases, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks, proactively manage changes in project scope, and propose contingency plans as needed.
  • Support the development and delivery of project presentations, reports, and status updates.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and materials related to assigned projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to integrate strategies into actionable plans and seamless execution.
  • Contribute to the development of new business processes aimed at optimizing efficiency and achieving organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison and internal consultant to departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and lead app releases, managing ticket creation and delivery working closely with the cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or traditional approaches).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) or experience in tech-driven projects.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Relevant coursework, internship, or 1+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Certification in Project Management (SAFe, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PMP-in-progress).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
