For over 25 years, we have supplied custom polyethylene products to customers in a variety of industries across the United States and Canada, specializing in servicing the food industry. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pricing Analyst to add to our family. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with positive energy, a passion for numbers and who finds satisfaction in developing business relationships.


What you will do:

  • Provide effective, efficient, and strategic decision-making in all pricing activities through understanding Profile’s processes and internal needs, our customers, the polyethylene market, cost accounting, and all available data.
  • Compute and prepare cost/price estimates for customers using a variety of criteria such as product application, production capabilities, costing data and competitive considerations.
  • Solicit business through timely generation of price quotes on our custom products and quote follow ups.
  • Perform account management functions for assigned customers while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism when assisting customers with technical inquiries, product specifications and capabilities.
  • Review and analyze customer history.
  • Assist in maintaining customer price lists and spreadsheets.
  • Review pricing for accuracy on incoming orders.
  • Assist management with quote and pricing projects as needed.
  • Monitor order set-ups in production to ensure meeting quoted requirements.
  • Assist customer service department with phone calls and support as needed.
  • Adhere to all GMP policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).



You get bonus points for having:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Sales.
  • 1 to 3 years of similar experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting with costing exposure.
  • Prior experience in account management or customer service.
  • Experience in Salesforce or Tableau.
