Position Overview:

The Law Office of Antoinette Bone, PLLC is a boutique practice specializing in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and asset protection. We serve high-income professionals and business owners in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Probate/Guardianship and Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing our probate docket and estate planning processes, utilizing case management software, ensuring meticulous support through legal documentation and client interaction. This role is instrumental in facilitating a seamless, compassionate legal service that upholds our reputation for excellent client care and efficient case management.


Core Responsibilities:

§ Draft, review, and file legal documents related to estate planning and probate proceedings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

§ Manage communication with clients, courts, and other relevant parties, providing timely and accurate information and responses.

§ Prioritizing issues linked to deadlines, client communication and the courts.

§ Conduct detailed research and gather information as required to support legal proceedings and client consultations.

§ Create and maintain comprehensive case files and documentation, ensuring information is organized and accessible.

§ Assist in setting hearing dates, preparing for court proceedings, and ensuring all legal obligations are met on schedule.

§ Develop and refine office procedures and document templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness in legal processes.

Position Details:
