Technical Account Manager, SF Hybrid, 140-150k Base


We're seeking a strategic and customer-focused individual to join our team in San Francisco as a Technical Account Manager. Are you passionate about revolutionizing the payments industry and driving exceptional customer experiences?


As the Technical Account Manager, you will:

✅ Be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our payments solutions.

✅ Drive adoption and utilization of our platform by developing customized success plans and delivering ongoing support and guidance.

✅ Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, ultimately driving higher customer retention and lifetime value.

✅ Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.

✅ Play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy as we continue to scale and grow in the Series B stage.


Requirements:

🎯 Proven experience in account management roles within the fintech or payments industry.

🎯 Deep understanding of payments technology and industry trends.

🎯 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

🎯 Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

🎯 Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
