Hylio designs, fabricates, and offers UAS (unmanned aerial systems i.e. “drones”) for the agricultural industry. Our mission is to make farming easier and more successful for our customers.

We are a fast-growing technology company in Richmond, TX focused on developing cutting edge precision agriculture solutions.

**OVERVIEW**

You will be expected to become well-versed in Hylio’s technology and product line in order to be as effective as possible at your technical sales duties. Most importantly, you should always maintain a patient and positive attitude when interacting with potential and current customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting existing Hylio customers and Dealers with administrative or technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Construct positive relationships with customers
- Educate and provide up-to-date information to customers
- Maintain CRM systems for future reference
- Share ideas, feedback, and suggestions for improving customer service processes and practices

**SKILLS**
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn quickly on the job
- Computer literacy; use of Microsoft office suite, CRMs, Google Suite, Gmail, and other office admin programs will be required
- Preferred: past experience in technical sales and/or support
- Preferred: technical or agricultural background
- No higher education required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
