Exciting Career Opportunities: We're Hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant


Location: - Petaluma, CA.

Shift Information: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: - $50 - $85/hr.

*Offered Salary will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials


Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and treatment goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: AAS in COTA.
  • Licensure: Current California state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Required

  • 6 months to 1 year
