Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our client’s medical facility in Petaluma, CA. This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and treatment goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
· Education: AAS in COTA. Speech-Language Pathology Degree.
· Licensure: Current California state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
· Bilingual: Fluency in English, and Spanish is a strong asset.
· Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
· Shifts: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday
· Salary: $50 to $85/hr.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
