We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC programming and a strong background in machining processes.

What You Will Do

  • The CNC Programmer/Machinist will create and generate CNC programs for assigned product lines using CAD/CAM software. Macro programming will be required in some instances.
  • Detailed understanding of blueprints including such aspects as geometric & dimensional tolerances, notes, revisions, specification references and surface finish requirements.
  • Detailed knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment. Develop ways to inspect parts more efficiently.
  • Familiarity with different raw materials including aluminum, copper alloys, stainless steels, titanium, plastics and efficient ways of machining each of them.
  • Makes appropriate changes in cutting tools, work holding and CNC programs when dictated by engineering drawing changes.

Who You Are

  • 10 years of CNC Machine Programming experience – must be a machining expert
  • Working in a Medical Device or Aerospace industries
  • Superior knowledge of programming in PartMaker software and/or MasterCam 5 Axis
  • Strong Quality Control skills
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T

Preferred:

  • Experience programming Star Swiss Machines / Mazak 5 Axis Machines
  • Working in a 13485 ISO 90011 Anvisa Environment
  • Producing Spinal Orthopedic Implants
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Superior knowledge of programming Swiss style lathes and/or Mazak Mills using PartMaker, Mastercam, or similar software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
