Job DescriptionJob Description

PrideStaff is seeking an experienced and creative CNC Programmer to join the team of our rapidly growing client. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models, and the ability to translate product designs into computer modeling software. In this role, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout production.

Our chosen CNC Programmer will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, design models, and engineering drawings.
  • Translate product designs into CNC programming using appropriate software.
  • Choose and input the correct cutting tools for each job.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet required product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.
  • Collaborate with router specialists, engineers, fabricators, and management.
  • Adapt to new technologies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Revise CNC programs and documentation based on engineering changes.
  • Study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequences of operations, and setup requirements.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience with CAD software.
  • Experience with Charelle or Flex software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the sign industry is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and prioritize.
