You'll be working at one of the most active PTAB firms nationally, recognized among the top five for filing IPRs on behalf of petitioners. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school
- USPTO bar admission
- Patent Bar Registration number
- Background in programming, coding, software engineering, or computer science (PhD preferred)
- 7-9 years of experience in the IPR space
- Trial experience before the USPTO
- Ability to manage IPR litigation independently, preferably for big tech companies
- Proven proficiency in patent prosecution

Compensation: Top-of-market compensation, comparable to Big Law, depending on experience.
