  • Manage projects and lead a team of 3 Project Managers
  • Create schedules in scheduling software, experience with Microsoft projects or Smartsheet required.
  • Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards upheld.
  • Coordinate with multiple trades and departments, such as engineering and shop production
  • Coordinate with outsource vendors optimize project execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any project changes or issues.
  • Act as a working manager, handling your own projects while supporting your team.
  • Review and read engineering drawings
  • Review and coordinate mechanical and electrical BOMs
