Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Workday IT Project Manager to join a major enterprise organization onsite in Ballantyne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing Workday implementations, with responsibility for overseeing all technical aspects, including integrations, configuration, and data conversion. We are looking for candidates who meet most of the following qualifications:
- Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Led at least one Workday implementation project
- Experience leading data conversion and ensuring data integrity
- Familiarity with Workday software and/or integration toolsets
- Experience with HR processes (e.g., Hire to Retire, Payroll, Benefits, T&A)
- Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking tools
