Assistant Superintendent

Our client is looking for a Travelling Assistant Superintendent to their dynamic and rapidly growing solar construction team.As part of a leading solar contractor, you will support on-site project operations, coordinate field activities, and help ensure our solar installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Support the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations across various solar job sitesCoordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site documentationMonitor safety, quality, and productivity to ensure work is completed per plans and specificationsAssist with jobsite reporting, daily logs, and progress trackingWork closely with project management and field leadership to drive project successTravel full-time to project locations (travel expenses covered)Requirements:1–5 years of construction experience (required)Experience working with a General Contractor (ideally on commercial projects).Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and documentationAbility to read/interpret plans and specificationsProven commitment to jobsite safetyWillingness and ability to travel extensively (Texas, Colorado , Louisiana and California) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership potentialOn Offer:Base salary $70,000 - $85,000Per Diem
