HR Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Support Specialist with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, you will provide information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, policies, and procedures to employees and managers. You will also respond to employee inquiries, track and compile issue logs and complaints, and provide feedback on HR policies and programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer human resources programs, policies, and practices.
  • Provide information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, policies, and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • Track and compile issue logs and complaints.
  • Provide feedback on HR policies and programs to area specialists and management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR roles (Generalist, TA, etc.).
  • Program and project management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:

$45/hr to $49/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
